The Passport for Good Health program provides health care booklets to local hospitals, health clinics and senior agencies for recording immunization and health information. The newborn edition provides an immunization record and health information. A senior edition provides a record of medical history, medications, family contacts, and health-care guidlines. The committee distributed 12,088 Passports from June 2011 through May 2012.

The Passport for Good Health program also provides newborn layettes to Conroe Regional Medical Center for economically disadvantaged parents. Over 45 layettes are provided each month.
