Assault Survivor Kits®
The Assault Survivor Kits program provides clothing and toiletries for assault victims receiving care in the hospital emergency rooms at Conroe Regional Medical Center, Memorial Hermann – The Woodlands, and the Montgomery County Women's Center. The kits include tee shirts, toiletries, and comfort items to be used during physical exams.
The Assault Survivor Kits program also provides art and play therapy items for counselors working with children at Children's Safe Harbor, Montgomery County Youth Services, and DePelchin Children's Center.
Through this program, Christmas gifts were provided to Children's Safe Harbor.
During the past year, the Assault Survivor Kits program has served 2,527 area residents.
